Had a storage unit here for years, never had a single issue.

It's been almost a year since I became a client at AAAQuality Self Storage in Lake Forest. I find the place a rare find, a gem. in the world of today in which large corporations have gobbled out most of the storage businesses, it is refreshing to see that there are still moms and pops operations that are willing to stick it out despite all the hardship. Barabara Reed, the manager of this facility, runs it like a clock, efficient and clean. She is always ready to help and answer any questions and concerns one might have. I defienetly recommend this place, and suggest that you too support our local family owned businesses to preserve the identity of our communities.

My wife and I were moving from the bay area and needed storage while we get settled. Found these guys on Yelp and gave them a call. Ron was so helpful and kind! He made the experience effortless. Every time we had any questions/concerns we gave them a call and they were quick to respond to us. Moreover, when we got half way through loading our unit and realized we wouldn't have enough room for everything, Ron helped us upgrade to the larger unit effortlessly. Also, the facility is very clean. Makes us feel like our stuff is in a safe, well maintained area! Thank you Ron and company!!
